| A MOVE INTO EUROPE |
| Union Chemicar are establishing a new production facility for slitting Thermal Transfer Ribbons on mainland Europe. Based in northern Holland the new company, to be known as Union Chemicar Netherlands B.V. , will start production in September 1999. |
| The company will allow Union Chemicar to better serve customers on the mainland of Europe, reducing their transport costs and delivery times. |
